How do I subscribe to the VUIT Neighbourhood Navigator?
To subscribe to the VUIT Neighbourhood Navigator, click on the subscribe buttons on this page.
You will be signing up for 1 month plus a monthly renewal which you can cancel at any point by emailing us at info@vuit.online
How do I gain access to the platform once I have subscribed to the Neighbourhood Navigator?
Your account manager will be contacted to get the names and email addresses to set them up on the system. You will receive an ‘invitation to join’ email to initiate a registration process. Actions you will need to complete include registering an account, setting up multi factor authentication (MFA) and saving recovery multi factor authentication (MFA) codes which take approximately 5 minutes to complete. A user guide will also be sent to you outlining the required registration actions.
After subscribing, how long will it take before we gain access to the platform?
The user accounts can be setup quickly, typically sameday but always less than 24hrs.
After that, and depending on the number of users requiring access and the subscription, we will work with you to develop a success plan to maximise the value VUIT provides to you.
We provide an initial familiarisation training session for your new users so they are introduced to the platform to gain an appreciation of the tools available and how to use them.
Can I take screenshots of the visualisations?
Yes, use the print screen button on your keyboard or use the Snipping Tool within the Windows operating system.
If you are incorporating screenshots in local documentation or slide packs, all we ask is that VUIT is referenced.
Can I download the visualisations?
Yes, functionality is available within Neighbourhood Navigator to download visualisations in different file formats; image, PDF or PowerPoint. Alternatively, the ‘Snipping Tool’ within the Microsoft Windows Operating System can also be used to capture images or sections of an image for inclusion in your local documentation or presentation packs.
Additionally the crosstab data can be downloaded for visualisations where enabled.
Can I print visualisations?
Yes, visualisations can be printed by selecting the print option from your web browser.
How do I report an issue with the VUIT platform e.g. if functionality is not working correctly or I can’t login?
Please report all issues, irrespective of how minor they may seem to support@vuit.online
