What is the VUIT Freemium subscription?

The VUIT Freemium subscription provides access to a small number of VUIT tools that demonstrates what is accessible through a Premium subscription and includes the population health tool, the urgent and emergency care, elective waits and cancer waits dashboard as well as the national cost collection tool. 

The data that is available through the Freemium version is not the latest data available.  

The most up to date data is available with a VUIT premium subscription. 

The Freemium subscription is available at no cost though is time limited. 

Are different levels of access available?

Yes, VUIT access is based on three user levels and for each, modular options are available.  Each of the user levels provides an increasing number of VUIT tools and level of functionality.

How many users can have access to VUIT from my organisation?

Access is bundled into groups of users: 

  1. 1 – 5 (NB The cost for this bundle of users is based on a minimum of 5 users) 
  1. 6 – 15 
  1. 16 – 25 
  1. 25 – 50 
  1. If more than 50 users require access to VUIT, enterprise subscriptions are also available. 
What discounts are available if I require multiple users to have access to the VUIT tools?

Volume discounts are available and are automatically applied to the price per seat as the number of users increases. 

  1. 6 – 15  (15% volume discount) 
  1. 16 – 25 (30% volume discount) 
  1. 25 – 50 (45% volume discount)

After subscribing, how long will it take before we gain access to the platform?

Depending on the number of users requiring access and the subscription, we will work with you to develop a success plan to maximise the value VUIT provides to you. 

The user accounts can be setup quickly, though it is how the solution is implemented within your organisation. 

We provide an initial familiarisation training session for your new users so they are introduced to the platform to gain an appreciation of the tools available and how to use them. 

How much does access to VUIT cost?

Whilst information regarding VUIT subscriptions is available on the VUIT website, https://www.vuitdatalabs.com/subscriptions, the costs per seat or user is based on the user levels, the preferred modules and the number of users that require access.  All modules can be included in your subscription.  

Add-ons are also available; The Outcomes Framework either read only, or with the project tracking functionality.

If I don’t require access to all the VUIT tools can I tailor my access?

How do I upgrade my subscription so I can see more of the VUIT tools?

To upgrade your subscription please contact one of the VUIT team or email.  info@vuit.online  

We aim to respond to any received queries during office hours within 24 hours. Queries received on a weekend will be responded to by the end of the day on the first working day i.e. taking bank holidays into consideration. 

How do I gain access to the Outcomes Frameworks?

Outcome Frameworks are an add-on the VUIT Delivery and Deep Dive subscriptions.  

Outcome Frameworks aren’t available with the VUIT Discovery subscription.
